 What do we know about this Windmill?

Is the photo that we have on the home page of this site,  only photo available?
This must have been a major landmark in the past?

 My dad told me a while back that he reckons he found the "lid" of the windmill under some tarpauling in the farm yard of Grange farm just by the north road crossroads. Don't know if its still there though.
